Well, I set up this blog about 9 months ago, but I have been waiting for a reason to post something. We are officially under contract on our house. Of course, the offer came the same day that we were having it painted...just our luck :). The house looks great, and we wish we had done it sooner; I'm not sure it'll look like this for long, since the pending buyers are planning to renovate. Here's a photo of our new "hazy sage & brown" house. We will hopefully be making an offer on our new house this week. I'll post pictures of that house, once we are under contract.
