Juillerat-Trout Family Trip 2021

We rented a house down on Lake Whitney for a long weekend.  Mike and Alice and Christy's family joined the Juillerat family for a mini family reunion.  Jon and Julie's family was unable to make it.

Annabelle loves Clara and Ruby!  She is so sweet to them.  Here's a picture of Annabelle reading them a book.

Laura's turn to read to them.

We went to Waco one day.  A pic of the girls at the restaurant.

And a few of the boys.

Then we headed to the zoo.

The girls wanted matching hair.

Annabelle getting some cuddle time with the girls.

Alice and Mike love pickle ball.  They brought their net to set up in the driveway.  Jack and Mike ready to play.

We walked down to the lake one day and tried to take a few pictures.

Brian had to head back to Dallas for the afternoon for a funeral, and I forgot my tripod, so here's a pic minus Brian and Laura.

Christy's family flew out of DFW on Monday, so they stayed at our house Sunday night.  The girls had fun playing with Annabelle's toys.

Girls Weekend 2021

Becky flew in for the weekend.  She brought a present for Annabelle's birthday.

We met up with Melissa at the Four Seasons in Las Colinas.

Spa time!

A pic before dinner.

We celebrated my birthday at dinner.

End of Basketball and the Auction

Laura coached the 3rd grade girls again this year, and Brian coached the 5th grade boys rec team.  Caden is still playing on his club team, too, so there have been a few super busy saturdays.

A team pic after the last game; back row: Coach Cleary, Makenna Cleary, Elena Forsyth, Annabelle, Katherine Kingsriter, Laura; front row: Audrey Thomason, Ellie Townsend, and Hadley Sullivan.

We headed straight from the last basketball game to the auction.  Laura with the two chairs, Kimberly Graft and Ashley Blakeslee.

The whole auction team.

Caden swam in the North Texas Championship swim meet.  Parents were not allowed in again, and the meet was an hour and a half late starting because a volunteer accidentally dropped a timing laptop into the pool.  He was only able to swim in two of his events because of the delay and timing of a basketball game.  But he came in 7th place in the 100 free!  And he qualified for the State Championship meet, but unfortunately, he was unable to make it to Houston for that meet, as it fell on the same day as the auction and basketball tournaments.

Prince Caspian Monologue and Annabelle is Nine!

Caden had his Prince Caspian monologue presentation last week.  He chose Peter, and he did a great job.

A pic of him presenting.

A class photo, front row: Andrew Collins, Arden Prouse, Sammy Staples, Ainsley Walker, Caden, and Bass Lang; and back row: Henry Buja, Preston Wilson, Cooper Dow, Garrett Tilger, Harper Philips, Gigi Parker, and Sutton Bruce.

Annabelle wanted to have an American Girl - friendship bracelet making birthday party.  A pic of the cake.  Annabelle is getting so big.  She's independent and loves her friends and being active!  She's growing so fast, and she's currently 4'9" tall.

The girls working on their bracelets.  Clockwise from 12: Annabelle, Adelaide Breed, Natalie Bryan, Laura Darley, Zoey Seale, Nana, Ann Holland Crow, Makenna Cleary, Hadley Tilger, and Audrey Thomason.

Singing Happy Birthday.

Mimi and Tia stopped by after the party.

Annabelle's friend Hadley Sullivan couldn't make the party, so I took them to get a snack at the American Girl Doll Store.  They're ready to eat!

Annabelle used her birthday money to buy the new girl of the year, Kira.
