Daddy Daughter Dance

 Annabelle and her friend Hadley wanted to go wrapping.  So we went one Friday night during February.

Caden and Laura were in Houston the same weekend for a basketball tournament.  The boys having fun in the hot tub: Isreal Samuel, Owen Seeley, Jake Lary, Braydon Slye, Spencer Morris, Charlie Oswalt, Caden and Ryan Borowczak.

Annabelle helped out the 6th grade Covenant SVAA basketball team.  It was a rough season, but it was a good learning experience for her.

Brian's 50th Birthday!

 Brian turned 50!  He didn't want to do anything big, but Becky and Steve were in town for work, so we just went to dinner with them and Melissa and Brian the Saturday before his birthday.

Annabelle has been doing a running club with two of the 5th grade teachers after school one day a week.  They've been training for a 5k.  Annabelle finished with a time of 26:07.  She was the fastest Covenant girl.  She finished 49th out of 3,693 total females and 7th of 223 U14 females.

I just got the green light to jog a few weeks ago (at 16 weeks post op), so there was no way I could run with her.  Neither Brian nor I wanted to get up and get down to the race, so Annabelle rode with the Darley's.  Annbelle, Laura, Emma Darley, and Ann Holland.

February Fun

 Annabelle has been wanting to bake lately.  It reminded me of her in her little kitchen when she was a baby.
