Annabelle's Ballet Recital: Desert Bunny

Annabelle's first stage recital was a few weeks ago.  She had so much fun and just loved dancing on stage!  She did a great job, too!  I was the backstage mom.  It was fun, but it was pretty chaotic and a lot of work.

Dress rehearsal was in the morning, and then the recital was that evening.  It made for a very busy and tiring day.  Waiting in the balcony to be called to stage to perform.  Merritt Kretz wanted in on our selfie.

Adventure Guides 2016 - Camp Grady Spruce

Caden and Brian went on their last Adventure Guide campout for this school year the weekend of Caden's birthday.  Caden had so much fun!  He loves the campouts!  Annabelle and I had a girls weekend at home.  I enjoyed my one on one time with Annabelle!

Annabelle and Mommy went to a neighborhood party Friday night with a few friends.  They had a photo booth and silly glasses.

It was such a beautiful weekend.  I think we ate every meal outside.  Enjoying the weather out front for lunch Saturday.

Caden is SIX!!!

I cannot believe Caden is six, and that he's just a few weeks away from being finished with Kindergarten.  This year has just flown by.  I have so enjoyed the extra time I had with him this year with him only being in school three days a week.  He is so tenderhearted and such a joy to be around.  He is very diligent and a very hard worker!  He loves Legos, playing outside, playing games, and playing with Annabelle.  He loves his new school and his friends from school.

He does not like getting his picture taken right now :(.  It was quite the battle to get these pictures taken.

Caden's Jake and the Neverland Pirates 6th Birthday Party

Caden celebrated his sixth birthday at ASI Gymnastics last weekend.  He had so much fun!

I made him a Jake and the Neverland Pirates cake.  Nana was the official photographer of the decorating process.
