Disneyland

Wednesday we headed to Disneyland.  This day got off to a rough start with Caden vomiting in the car 1 exit before we reached Disney.  Poor guy must have just had motion sickness, because he showed no other signs of being sick the remainder of the day or trip.  After we got the car and Caden cleaned up, we headed in to Disneyland about an hour later than planned.

We headed to the back of the park first.  A selfie of Mommy and Caden, in his new shirt that we had to purchase after he threw up on the one I appliqued for him :(.

Next up, we headed over to "Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage".

 

Then it was time for a lunch break.  Both kids thought it was too bright.  So they took turns wearing Mommy's hat.

 Caden looked a little silly.

 

Next up was "Autopia".  Annabelle was Mommy's driver.

Next we headed over to Tomorrowland and rode "Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters".  A selfie of Caden and Mommy at the beginning of the ride.  There were no photos taken during the ride because Mommy was too busy attempting to get the top score :)!

Then we headed over to Adventure Land and rode the "Pirates of the Caribbean".

Next the Moms and kids took a ride through the Haunted Mansion, but it was too dark in there for any pictures.  After that, we headed to Frontierland to ride "Big Thunder Mountain Railroad".  Waiting in line.

 

We all went through the line hoping Annabelle and Luke could sneak on.  But they were sticklers, and measured them both to be about a half inch too short.  Poor Luke and Annabelle were pretty distraught that they couldn't ride.  Caden loved it; it was definitely his favorite ride of the day.  A selfie waiting for the ride to start.

 

Next we headed over to what used to be the Swiss Family Robinson treehouse.  Now it's "Tarzan's Treehouse".

 

While the kids were playing in the treehouse.  Mommy and Daddy snuck off to ride the "Indiana Jones Adventure". 

 

Then we headed over to Fantasyland.  The kids hopped on the King Arthur Carousel first. 

 

Then we rode "Dumbo the Flying Elephant".

On to "Pinocchio's Daring Journey".

 

Next up was "Mr. Toad's Wild Ride".  Annabelle was my driver again. 

 

Last ride of the day was the "Mad Tea Party" tea cups.  A family selfie.

What a fun day and great first experience for our kids at Disney.  It was great to have Kevin and Kelly there to help us navigate the parks!
