Girls Trip to Orlando

 We had a one week stay at a resort in Orlando.  Caden decided he didn't want to go, so Annabelle and Laura invited some friends for a girls' trip.  Not everyone could come the whole week, so it was just Laura, Annabelle, Alison and Lilly for our first day there.  We went to Magic Kingdom.

Then Makenna and Katy arrived.  The girls wanted to take a few fun pics dressed up for dinner one night.

One day we went to Universal.  A stop for some caffeine and breakfast before entering the park.

Sadly, our day was cut a little short with torrential rain.  We ducked in a store and bought ponchos, but still ended up completely soaked.  But all in all a super fun day.

End of 7th and 9th

 I can't believe another school year is finished.  Last weekend, Laura went to a lake house for the weekend to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday.

Caden's Spring Formal

 Caden decided to just go with friends to the Spring Formal.  A few pictures from before the dance.  All the freshman that attended.

 Caden is 15.  He is now a hair under 6' with his shoes off.

Spring Fun

 We are wrapping up our first year in NCL with Annabelle and YMSL with Caden.  Annabelle and Laura went to the NCL Senior Recognition Banquet.  A pic of Lilly, Annabelle, Hadley and Audrey.

Laura tries to get over to Burleson every few months to get a facial from Melissa.  We actually took a pic this visit.

Laura and Annabelle went to the Thai market at the Buddhist Temple for an NCL meeting.  Their gardens are beautiful.

A Titanic exhibit is in town.  Laura took Annabelle and Lilly.  It was fun!

Spring Break 2025

 We decided to drive up to KC/Lawrence for a basketball focused spring break.  It was the kids first time in Kansas, and Laura's first time back in nearly 20 years.  Saturday we had tickets to the final regular season KU game vs Arizona.  It was a fun game and KU won!  We bought tickets so late that we had to split up 2 and 2.

Then Sunday, Annabelle and Laura went to the Big XII women's championship game.  It was again Baylor vs TCU, and again Baylor lost a close one.

Monday we went to the College Basketball Hall of Fame.  They have a lot of interactive games and the kids had fun!
