Christmas Card Pictures

I decided to attempt to take family pictures this year, so I purchased a tri-pod.  Here are a few pictures from our Christmas card photo session...

I took a few pictures in our yard in different outfits, but they didn't really want to cooperate this day.

I signed up for a mini session with a photographer a few weeks ago.  These are a few of the better ones from that session.

Remembering Nanny/Great Nanny

My very special Nanny, Frances Story Whitehead, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 2nd.  While I know she was completely ready to be in heaven and free from her failing body, I will miss her terribly.  We used to call her in the car when we were driving around town.  Several times in the past few weeks, Annabelle has asked in the car if we can call Great Nanny.  I am so grateful that she was able to meet my children, and I could not have asked for a better grandmother.  Here are a few pictures from over the years.

Fall Outfit Pictures

I tried to take a few pictures of the kids in the Fall/Halloween outfits this year.  Here are a few of the best ones.

Halloween 2014 and a Visit from Grandpa

The kids had a fun Halloween season busy with school and friend's parties.  The plan going into Halloween was to be a police officer and Minnie Mouse.  But for the parties leading up to Halloween, Caden chose to wear last year's Fire Chief costume.

The kids at our annual play group Halloween party.  My kids opted to just wear Halloween attire, instead of their costumes.

Aurora and Officer Jolly on Halloween.  Caden only wore this outfit for pictures.  He quickly changed back into his Fire Chief jacket.

Marty, Caden, and Annabelle checking out the first trick or treaters to arrive.

Helping Mrs. Corey hand out candy.

Annabelle, Caden, and Marty ready to trick or treat.

Only managed a blurry one of all four of them. "Aurora" Annabelle, "Fire/Policeman" Caden, "Dusty" (from Disney Planes) Marty, and "Lamb" Merley.

Annabelle had fun at her party at school.  Although, she had no interest in taking a picture.

The kids had so much fun going around our block.

Grandpa came to visit a few weeks ago.  Here is a picture of the kids, and Daddy, with Grandpa.

Our pool is under construction.  We had a ton of cracks that needed repairing.  We had our pool drained a few weeks ago.  And this is what it looks like right now.  They are about 2 weeks away from completion.
