Annabelle with the basket she made at school.
Finding some eggs...
Mommy and Annabelle after the hunt.
A few kids missed the hunt, but here's a class picture afterwards. Left to right: Rhodes Abbott, Annabelle, Kendall Walters, Larsen Gray Rushing, and Lawson Moore, and then Mrs. Leana is in the back.
There was a 40 minute break between the hunt and the Easter snack. I went for a quick jog in the neighborhoods around school. I'm kind of a sweaty mess, but I'm ready for the Easter snack!
Mommy got to read an Easter book to the class.
The kids after church.
And a family selfie...
We are loving the beautiful Spring weather. We went to Tiny Tot Tuesday at the Arboretum last week. The kids enjoyed walking around and seeing all the temporary statues of famous people from throughout history. The kids with Abraham Lincoln.
Annabelle wanted to get her face painted.
She chose to be a pink bunny. The tulips are beautiful, but they're almost done. The azaleas are really blooming, and they are gorgeous.
The kids insisted on trying to sit in each statue's lap. Here they are with Shakespeare.
And lastly Einstein. There were a few other statues they opted not to maul. Maybe next time...
We headed over to the Children's Garden. Annabelle wanted her picture on this ant.
We went to dinner with a few friends Friday before last. I managed to snap a pic of a few of the kids. Belle, Caden, Luna, and Annabelle.
We just happened to run into Marty at a park. We were there to play with Covenant friends.
Caden had two soccer games last Sat. He scored one goal in each game. He is now up to four goals this season! He is just loving playing!
Caden went bowling for the first time ever at a friend's birthday party. He loved it.
They also played laser tag. Caden with his classmate Camden ready to go in for laser tag. So fun!
