Halloween and Caden's Volcano Project

The kids decided to be a Knight and Medieval Princess this year.

Even Violet dressed up for Halloween.

Wyatt and Luke were in town for their Fall Break, so they came over to trick or treat with us.

Tia, Mimi, and the kids ready to go.

The kids with our neighbors:  Landon Cassell, Annabelle, Caden, and Garrison Cassell.

It's always fun running into friends on the street.  Caden, Annabelle, Luna Hartgrove, and Belle Hartgrove.

Another tennis season came to a close.  Unfortunately, I missed half the season with a foot injury.  But my team ended the season in first place.  Back row: Wendy Thomas, Amy Moore, Amy Timmerman, Holly Myers, Tracey Berta, and one of our pros Chris Bell.  Front row:  Carrie Miller, Laura, and Amy Marable.

An end of season dinner with my tennis team.  Tracey Berta, Carrie Miller, Laura, Deb Janowski, Jenny Everett, Stephani Walne, Amy Moore, Amy Marable, Hilary Baker, Wendy Thomas, and Holly Myers.

The never ending (due to rainouts) soccer season finally came to an end.

Caden has been learning about volcanos in science this year.  He had to choose a type of volcano to present on a prepare a model of.  Caden giving his presentation.

After the presentation, we headed outside for the eruptions.  Caden chose a shield volcano and used baking soda and vinegar for his eruption.

A video of his eruption.

Most of his classmates made composite volcanoes that shot up really high.
